Listing details for 0 N/a Pw, Pahoa, HI 96778 : Set within Pacific Paradise Oceanfront Estates in historic Kapa'ahu, this approximately 14,450-square-foot parcel is a completely undeveloped expanse of Hawaiian lava landscape with sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, rugged coastal cliffs, and dramatic volcanic terrain. Originally an oceanfront parcel, but the coastline here was reshaped by Kilauea lava flows [roughly between the period of 1983-2014]. Today, the parcel is no longer directly oceanfront —instead, it borders a section of newly created land that the State owns. The property offers a rare sense of openness and big-sky exposure, with natural erosion barrier and views extending for miles across one of the most geologically fascinating corners of Hawai'i Island. The property is bare lava with no utility connections, making it an off-grid-minded, parcel rather than a traditional turnkey homesite. This location also puts you within reach of the rugged coastal landscapes of Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, including the park's remote southern coast.
